GOURMET EXPERIENCE* details:
  • Welcome glass of wine
  • Guided tour of the underground Rocca Sveva cellars
  • Aperitif: Metodo Classico sparkling wine paired with creative gourmet foods
    (The tasting takes place in the heart of the cellars.).

  • The gourmet experience consists of 5 courses paired with 5 of our finest wines, the entire experience accompanied by our own Chef and Sommelier.
  • Conclusion: Tasting of Rocca Sveva grappas and selection of chocolates.

 

  • Pre-registration for a minimum of 15 and maximum of 30 people.
  • Exclusive service of a private Chef and Sommelier. The rooms for the Rocca Sveva Gourmet Experience are reserved exclusively for participants’ use.
