V.I.V.A.: EVALUATION OF THE IMPACT OF VITICULTURE ON THE ENVIRONMENT
Rocca Sveva has undertaken a voluntary programme, promoted by the Ministry for the Environment and Protection of Land and Sea, which uses 4 indicators–growing area, air, vineyards, water—to analyse the sustainability factor of productions.
Our commitment is to reduce use of weedkillers and fungicides as we make strides towards an agriculture that respects the environment and natural ecosystems as much as possible.
The objective is the continuous reduction of environmental impacts.
Cantina Rocca Sveva obtained V.I.V.A. certification.
